Illustrated with a frontispiece depicting the Bennett's house in New Haven, Illustrated titlepage, portraits of Dr. George Bennett and of his late wife Mary, an illustration of two men at Little Lillian's grave, five woodcut illustrations with quotes from the Book of Proverbs.
