; 8vo; 104 pages; Publisher's color pictorial wrappers. Minor wear, and a tiny stamp (in the red field of the image: "L.C. Duplicate / Exchange Permitted." Halftone frontispiece and b/w text illustrations throughout. The vivid cover illustration is quite poster-like; although it is unsigned, it is most likely the work of George E. Smith, credited on the title page as "Art Director." A scarce and significant tract in the American disarmament and pacifism movement, with great graphic interest.
