Chicago: A. Warner & Co., 1889. The portrait measures 10" by 7" with the image and facsimile autograph centered; protective tissue guard in place. Engraved by F. G. Kernan & Co. Thomas L. White (1853- ) was born in McKeesport, PA and was a successful physician in that town for many years. Dr. White was President of the McKeesport Light Company and of the Black Oil Company, and owner of the White's Opera House. White was also the vice-president of the Bank of McKeesport which began business in 1887 under a charter originally granted to the Shoe and Leather Bank of Pittsburgh.
