Chicago: A. Warner & Co., 1889. The portrait measures 10" by 7" with the image and facsimile autograph centered; protective tissue guard in place. Engraved by E. G. Kernan. William Harbaugh (1818 - ) moved to Pittsburgh from Ohio in 1845 and endeavored to engage in the pork and wool business. He often served as a commissioner for local projects. He was named Treasurer of the Sewickley Gas Company which was incorporated in 1871 and organized in 1872. He was also a commissioner for the erection of the Sewickley Water Works.
