Very good pictorial dustjacket presenting a collage of several images from the author's photographs with a cutout revealing the title of the book at the spine. The book has never been read as indicated by the fact that the text pages are unopened and untrimmed. On the copyright page it states "First Printing July 1938 / Second Edition February 1939 / De luxe Edition, five hundred copies" This copy is not numbered. Illustrated with more than one hundred illustrations from the author's photographs. OCLC: 352287 The author Marion John Bradshaw was a Professor of Philosophy of Religion at Bangor Theological Seminary in Bangor Maine. This book is the year long experiences of the author's travels through the Soviet Union, Manchuria, the Near East, the Far East, South Asia and the Mediterranean.
